Kenneth earned his MBA from the University of Missouri in 1985 and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri in 1984, where he graduated Cum Laude.
Kenneth is a member of the CFA Institute, the Kansas City Society of Financial Analysts and the Economic Club of Kansas City, and is a Past President of the Leawood Lions Club.He is the Chairman of the Soaring Eagle District in the Heart of America Council of Boy Scouts of America, and the past Committee Chair of Boy Scout Troop 10 in Leawood, Kansas.

Jonn joined the firm in 2000 as an Equity analyst.
Jonn earned his MBA from Rockhurst University in 1991 and a B.S. in Mathematics and Finance from Rockhurst University in 1989.
Jonn is a member of the CFA Institute, the Kansas City Society of Financial Analysts, the Economic Club of Kansas City and the Leawood Rotary. He enjoys traveling, he has visited every continent, and likes researching new destinations in his spare time.

Christen conducts economic and fixed income research and is a member of the Fixed Income Investment Committee. Christen joined the firm in 2001.
Christen earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – Kansas City, with a concentration in Finance in 2000.
Christen is a member of the Finance Committee at St Thomas More school and the Catholic Business Network. She is also an active volunteer with Rose Brooks Center, a domestic violence shelter in Kansas City, Missouri.
Phil conducts fixed income research and is a member of the Fixed Income Investment Committee.Phil joined the firm in 2005 as a fixed income analyst.
Phil earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska – Kearney, with an emphasis in Finance in 1992.
Phil is a member of the CFA Institute and the Kansas City Society of Financial Analysts. He is Board Treasurer for Metro Lutheran Ministries, a social services organization in Kansas City, Missouri and is an adult tutor at Literacy KC.
Barbara Roszel is the Chief Compliance and Operations Officer for, and Partner at, Mitchell Capital Management. Barbara is responsible for regulatory compliance, firm-wide operational support and portfolio administration. Barbara joined the firm in 1991 in our operations team.
Barbara earned her MBA from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 1994 and her B.S. in Finance and Economics from Creighton University in 1986.
Barbara volunteers with her church and Uplift, a Kansas City based organization that delivers basic necessities to the homeless.
Rob conducts equity research and is a member of the Equity Investment Committee. Rob has helped institutionalize our research database to become more streamlined and collaborative. Rob joined the firm in 2020.
Rob earned his B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Chico in 1991
Rob volunteers with the Boy Scout Troop 10 in Leawood, Kansas.
Miles conducts equity research and is a member of the Equity Investment Committee. Miles joined the firm in 2021.
Miles earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Texas Christian University in 2021. Miles is a member of the CFA Institute and the Kansas City Society of Financial Analysts.
Grant conducts equity research and is a member of the Equity Investment Committee
Grant earned his MBA from Kansas State University in 2009, and a B.S. in Life Sciences from Kansas State University in 2007. He has passed Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program, he is a CFA Level III candidate, and he is a Certified Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
Grant continues to be actively involved at Kansas State University and serves on the Finance Advisory Board.
Jan Rowe is a Relationship Manager for, and Partner at, Mitchell Capital Management.Jan works with clients that include individuals, families and non-profit boards.Jan joined the firm in 1998.
Jan earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Missouri in 1973.
Jan and her husband run The Red Shed, an antique business in Kansas City’s West Bottoms, and they share a special interest in Kansas City artifacts. She has served on the Kansas City Zoo Learning Fund Board, currently serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Rose Brooks Center, and is a member of the Junior League of Kansas City, Missouri.
